The Process
Active, empathetic listening, first person perspective storytelling, and non-rhetorical, open-ended questions are central to Dynamic Agreement Dialogue™ (DAD).
DAD constructs environments supporting honest, respectful exchanges. The approach facilitates conversation rather than debate, allowing participants to focus on listening and understanding rather than preparing responses.
Values & Principles
Shared values create connection points among participants. Common principles influence the Foundation Statement's "Our World" and "Purpose of Agreement" sections and help address change, challenges, and conflict.
Substantive differences in core values may indicate incompatibility for the agreement's purpose.
Informal DAD
Participants can use informal DAD to determine compatibility and co-create foundation statements. After entering agreements, parties can use this approach to address emerging changes or conflicts.
Facilitated DAD
Complex issues may require certified professionals:
Certified Dynamic Agreement™ Attorneys (DAAs)
Licensed attorneys trained to facilitate dialogue and provide legal opinions.
Certified Dynamic Agreement Dialogue™ Facilitators (DADFs)
Non-lawyers who facilitate the process but cannot offer legal advice.
